At Grab Tide, we stand behind the quality of our cleaning products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all seals and documentation intact.
2. Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unopened cleaning products in original packaging
- Defective or damaged products
- Items that do not match the product description
- Wrong items shipped
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cleaning products (for safety reasons)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that show signs of use or damage
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@grabtide.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: Wait for us to provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship Back: Send the package to the address provided with your RA number clearly marked
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Shipped: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your return
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued
- It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at support@grabtide.com. We will arrange the exchange and cover shipping costs for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@grabtide.com
10. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
