Fast & Reliable Delivery

At Grab Tide, we understand that you need your cleaning supplies quickly. We offer fast, reliable shipping to get your products to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

💡 Tip: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see available shipping options and rates for your address.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same business day
  • Weekend orders are processed on the next business day (Monday)
  • Holiday orders may experience slight delays during major holidays

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping only.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options. Please check back soon or contact us at support@grabtide.com for updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at:

  • Visit our order tracking page
  • Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Check your order status on the carrier's website directly

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive safely:

  • USPS - Standard and express shipping
  • UPS - Express and overnight shipping
  • FedEx - Express and overnight shipping

Carriers are selected based on your location and shipping method to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery:

  • Lost packages: Contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund
  • Damaged items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • Wrong address: Contact us immediately to update the shipping address (if not yet shipped)
  • Delivery delays: Check tracking first, then contact us if package is delayed beyond estimate
