2. Description of Service

AdTide is an AI ad creative studio that lets users generate advertising imagery and copy from a short brief, then organize the results by campaign. The Service includes:

• AI ad image generation
• AI ad copywriting
• An ad library with campaign and status organization
• Image hosting for generated creative

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

AI generation features require credits. Credits can be purchased through the Service:

• 1 credit = $1 USD
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire
• Credit costs for each generation are displayed before use

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to the provider's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property or publicity rights
• Generate misleading, deceptive, or harmful advertising
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Share your account with others

6. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the briefs you submit and, to the extent permitted by law and our AI providers' terms, the ad creative you generate. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process this content to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Host and display your generated ads within your account
• Create aggregated, anonymized analytics (no personal data shared)

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any product names, brands, or descriptions you include in a brief, and for how you use generated creative.

7. AI-Generated Content

Ad imagery and copy are produced by third-party AI models. Generated content may be inaccurate, contain artifacts, or resemble existing material. You are responsible for reviewing all generated creative before publishing it, including for:

• Factual accuracy of any claims
• Compliance with advertising laws and platform policies
• Intellectual property and likeness rights

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated creative will be accurate, original, or suitable for your needs
• Results from using generated creative are guaranteed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdTide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
